Ok Guys in this tutorial you will learn how to make a banner on Paint using windows xp. Haha, once you have finished you can do a lot of things with it.If you need to place that banner in myspace, header blog or something like that upload it to photo-bucket, and imageshack.us .If you need it on a freewebs site or wetpaint wiki you can upload it directly while you are editing your site.I will make tutorials on how and where to put these banners.
